We love to dance! Easy, fun, and friendly. Dancing for the young at heart and all ages. And that could include you. We Dance Scottish weekly, September through May, under the guidance of experienced instructors.
We are the Edmonton Caledonian Country Dance Society (ECCDS) a diverse group. Besides our weekly classes, we also hold annual events celebrating Robbie Burns, dance at Highland Gatherings and hold our renowned Weekend Workshop & Ball every February.

Our mission is to share our love of Scottish Country Dance, increase community engagement, and raise awareness of the Scottish dance culture. Scottish country dancing is a great way to keep fit in body and mind while meeting new people in a social setting. No partner is required.
As a branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS), we are welcome at Scottish Country Dance groups around the world. Whoever you are, wherever you are, you can share the fun of learning steps, practicing dances, and thrilling to the music and excitement of socials, balls and workshops.
